A study on Contract Choice of International Projects by Key Factor Method

摘要

With the development of economic globalization, the market of international project is becoming brisker day by day. As the core of international project management, contract management is becoming more important. Choosing contract has become the key of success or failure in international project. This paper selects three major contract systems, AIA, JCT, FIDIC, which are used in the market of international project, and defines the main key factors of selecting these contract systems based on previous studies and practical experience. Then a simple model of contract selection in international project is established according to these main key factors. This model will provide owners with effective guidance for contract selection.
