System and method for optimising the choice of a telephone contract by automatically studying electronic telephone bills

The method involves extracting data of an electronic bill of a mobile device i.e. mobile telephone (T3), and formatting the data of the electronic telephone bill. The data is calculated and inserted in a data base (BD1). Call costs corresponding to different mobile telephone contracts are calculated. Optimal options are determined by a type of the telephone contract. Optimal telephone contracts with the optimal options are displayed on a screen of a user terminal.
