Study on Factors that Affect Cash Holding of Real Estate Listed Company

摘要

Cash holding, which related to the survival and development of enterprises is an important issue of modern financial management. How to manage the cash will be essential for capital-intensive real estate companies, this paper exerted the cash ratio model and adopted multivariable linear regression method to make empirical research on factors that affect the cash holding of listed real estate companies.
