Analysising the Interaction between Development of Real Estate and China Industrial Structure Transform

摘要

Theoretically, the paper shows that the relationship between the development of real estate and China industry structure transform should be inter-impulse. At the same time, under the data support, the result is further revealed that in the short term, the real estate’s development drive the upgrading and transform of the industrial structure, however, during the long-term growth, the transforms of industrial structure have an promoting effective on the flourish of real estate.
