Research on Strategic Capability of Enterprise and Its Enlightenment to Large-scale Contractors of China

摘要

Strategic capability, which is based on strategy. The different stage for corporate development is the result of the combination of strategy and capability on the different level. This article first comments on the main ideas in the theory of corporate competence, then points out the concept of strategic capability and define it;points out its hierarchy and connotation;analyzes the mechanism of its internal elements ;analyzes the interact mechanism from strategic capability to enterprise efficiency to development economics of enterprise. Then this article points out and analyzed the problems during the development of large-scale contractors of China, some policy suggestions are given from the view of strategic capability.
