ANALYTICAL CONTROL APPLICATION OF LOAD CELL SET SOLENOID VACUUM BREAKER ON MULTI-FEEDING PNEUMATIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

For Petrochemical or Pharmaceutical batch processing, the consistency of each batch is critical to quality. This paper discusses the functions of analytical control applications of fieldbus-enabled load cell sets, and the solenoid vacuum breaker on product quality control batch processing. It also compares the operation conditions and costs and applying the load cell set to the multi-feeding material of powder or particle pneumatic transportation piping system. As an example, improvements on batch consistency for PVC film batch production are discussed. Results suggest the cost of production including labor, materials, and environmental impact can be significantly reduced by applying the above weighing transducers and pneumatic transportation system.
