The Present Condition and Establishment of Enterprise Credit Management System

The buyer's market has formed with the deepening of the marketing economy mechanism reform. China has promised to open its market gradually in five years since the WTO entry. So China must abide by international credit practice by then. This essay studies the present condition of enterprise credit management absence, and concludes that the causative factors are some unavoidable problems of economic transformation. With the analysis and corresponding suggestions, the essay contributes to ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of economy.
