PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform enterprise credit rating of an enterprise.;SOLUTION: A quantitative information table 51 of an enterprise information database 5 is registered with financial data on a customer. A person in charge of financing manually inputs qualitative data into a qualitative information table 52. A quantitative decision rule 61 calculates a quantitative evaluation value on the basis of the financial data and a model obtained from a past bankruptcy case. A qualitative decision rule 62 calculates a qualitative evaluation value on the basis of the qualitative data. A rating decision rule 63 weights the quantitative evaluation value and the qualitative evaluation value at a prescribed ratio to calculate and output a final rated value. Thereby, the enterprise credit rating can be integrally performed in consideration of not only the objective quantitative evaluation based on the financial data but also the qualitative evaluation, so that the degree of accuracy can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
