摘要

Based on the differential structure of commodity market and on the relevance of the divergence and diversity of consumption stratification,it is advanced in this thesis that at the retail terminal the small and medium-sized manufacturers,linked by function complementary commodities,form a retail alliance/chain (FRR,a function complementary commodity-based retail alliance/ retail chain at the retail terminal) ,a result of the subjunctive effort by the allied parts to maximize the market need and of the entropy of the objective contribution made by one part of the ally to the other parts.The "gluing" organization formed in this process will be an important institute for the small and medium-sized manufacturers to participate in the market competition.When the gluing organization operates stably,it will become a new form of company group and within a certain range of commodities,adjust the current market structure.
