摘要

The article provides a modular motivation synergy planning base on knowledge innovation character. First, The author describes knowledge innovation modular model, signed explicit knowledge innovation modular and tacit knowledge innovation modular through knowledge partition from three dimension second, it attempts to elucidate the integration power of the concept of modular motivation connotation in the context of understanding the effective performance of modular motivation in complex knowledge innovation system. Third, the author adopt method of dynamics analysis to explain knowledge innovation driving, analysis motivation synergy character, synergy degree of modular motivation is defined and calculated according to the theory of Synergetic the final segment of the paper provides an illustration with explanation on how motivation synergy planning is considered and selected. This paper suggests that modular motivation synergy strategy can provide a kind of way and path for inspiring knowledge innovation and enhance motivation effect. The paper shows the nature of motivation synergy, offers an explanation of optimized motivation planning.
