The system has a data collecting, storing and verifying system (20) for collecting, storing and verifying technical and non-technical measuring and process data. A computation unit (19) determines a specific impact of the data and makes process state evaluation with respect to partial danger and total danger based on a task and target oriented models. An information processing process is extended as a basis of knowledge based decision-making for planning, design, monitoring, control of a human-machine-interface e.g. vehicle.
