Analysis of Sub Models for CFD Simulation of Industrial Coal-Water Slurry Entrained Flow Gasifier--PPT

摘要

The comprehensive CFD model for industrial CWS gasifier is approved by process design data.Simulation results calculated by Convection/Diffusion controlled and diffusion controlled evaporation models are similar.Two competing rate and single kinetic rate devolatilization models have minor influence upon flame shape and gas concentration distributions in flame zone. However, volatile decomposition reaction affect temperature and main gas concentration distributions significantly.
