More and more companies go abroad to response to China's policy "the Belt and Road". However, many companies suffer from great loss when they go out so that estimate risks factors in overseas project is very important. The interactions between the complex factors can be structured in a model that can help one to make a rational judgment. The EPC Contract risk model developed in this study is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process improved by the addition of a Delphi survey. Then presents measures for avoiding risks in such form of contract to reduce loss in the process, so that we can increase profit in overseas projects.
