摘要

Protecting enterprise information from employee's misappropriation is a crucial but significantly challenging task for many companies in China. Chinese labor laws provide a set of protection for enterprises together with responsibilities regarding employee's misappropriation. This article suggests that those legal instruments would not be effective unless the appropriate prevention mechanisms have been implemented, and therefore, it is rather crucial to introduce a set of "good practice" recommendations as to improve information management in workplace.
