The existing fault diagnosis modeling method lacks the capability of test information supporting the self-test of fault diagnosis and the maintenance information supporting the troubleshooting. In order to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and maintenance, a new modeling method of TFM (Test-Fault-Maintenance) three-dimensional information flow with integrated information based on Ontology Bayesian Network is proposed to realize integrated diagnosis and maintenance based on one model. This paper presents the definition of the three-dimensional information flow model and the modeling steps in detail. In order to automatically realize modeling and information integration on one model, test-fault two-dimensional information correlation matrix and fault-maintenance two-dimensional information mapping algorithm are established. The above methods have been well applied in the air supply system of one aircraft type. The proposed modeling method has significant advantages in solving the problem of fault diagnosis of the unknown new fault, and the problem of low information utilization rate during maintenance and troubleshooting.
