A Current Controlled Current Differencing Transconductance Amplifier (CCCDTA) based memconductor is proposed in this paper. Overall, the component count is three - one modified CCCDTA, one grounded resistor and capacitor each in the proposal. It can provide incremental and decremental type memconductor characteristics by simply interchanging the switch setting. The proposed circuit can operate upto 1MHz. A small modification in done in the internal structure of CCCDTA block to tune its transconductance through a controlling voltage. The proposed emulator circuit has been tested and verified using 0.25μm TSMC CMOS parameter and the mathematical results of the circuit has been verified with the simulation results.
