The obtaining of hard structures of surfaces in vacuum by heat processing with electron beam

This report presents the results of the investigations concerning the obtaining of hard structures in vacuum at the metals surfaces in specified areas on the machine parts, by heat processing of surfaces with electron beam, using as heat source of the zone attacked, a concentrated electron beam induced by an electronic cannon.
