This paper presents the development on/off and fuzzy logic controller for indoor temperature management of broiler egg hatching system during the winter season. The main objective of this work is to compare the management of the most important parameters that is temperature inside the egg hatching incubator from the implementation of the on/off and fuzzy logic controller using the LabVIEW 2015 software. For implementing the proposed scheme a low cost microcontroller is programmed for acquiring and serially transmitting the real-time data value from the egg hatching incubator system to the LabVIEW software installed at host computer. In the LabVIEW environment the on/off and fuzzy logic has been implemented to maintain the temperature level inside the system at the desired set point values. The fuzzy controller design is based on linguistic rules implementation as the control strategy.
