Study of Russian Law Trends related to Energy Efficiency and Saving based on Renewable Energy Sources

摘要

This paper studies the issues of renewable energy development. It considers foreign policies of renewable energy development and compares them with the Russian ones. The paper reveals insufficient development of the Russian legal and regulatory framework that determines the relevance of this study. Russian and foreign scientific papers as well as laws related to renewable energy application form a theoretical and methodological basis for this study.
