摘要

Through in-depth analysis of the internal mechanism of the information technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry, this study found that: every 1% increases in information technology, the chemical industry will rise more than 0.59%. This leading role of information technology mainly promotes the innovation efficiency of production process, the efficiency of product development, marketing efficiency and management efficiency of chemical industry, and makes it break through the limitations of traditional development mode in production, R&D, management and market and finally realize the "innovative development". Therefore, accelerating the in-depth integration of information technology and chemical industry is the key way for the transformation and upgrading of China's chemical industry.
