Path and Risk Analysis of Innovation-driven Development of Construction Enterprises

Construction enterprises are faced with major changes of the construction industry and market, and innovation has become an important development measure for the construction enterprises to cope with the market crisis, expand the living space, and create a new profit point. This paper analyzes the necessity of innovation-driven development of construction enterprises, and puts forward the general direction and five mainly path of innovation. Finally, this paper analyzes the obstacles in the innovation process, and evaluates risk of innovation-driven development of construction enterprise based on AHP-Entropy weight-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
