The construction of the pipe pile, the backfill of the foundation soil and the load of the upper building will have an important influence on the sewage interception pipe tunnel. It is the key in the construction process of pile how to select the optimal construction scheme to reduce the sewage pipe affect the deformation of tunnel. It is using Mohr-Coulomb-Complete Elastoplastic model for the construction process of jacked pile is simulated and the impact of the pile construction on the surrounding soil for the basic design scheme and obtained with the increase of depth. It increases especially in the tunnel close to the top of the pile end tunnel pile construction influence on tunnel, and deformation increases rapidly. The soil backfill deformation near the surface influence gradually decreased with the increase of the depth. The upper part of the building load into the strong weathered strata is through the pipe mainly for the long period effect. The deformation of near pile tunnel is greater than far pile caused by non-uniform convergence of the tunnel section and the deformation on both sides of the difference of the pile spacing is about 4mm.The displacement of the tunnel is small and the relationship between the approximate exponential law.
