摘要

An ultra-wideband Millimeter wave Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA) is designed here for 5G frequency bands. The bandwidth achieved by the antenna is 5.32GHz centered at 26 GHz which is 20.46%. The designed antenna has high gain and efficiency. The simulated gain of the antenna is 6.4 dB and efficiency 96%. The probe fed technique used here is matched with the characteristic’s impedance of the antenna, the measured real impedance at 26GHz is 49.30 ohm. The antenna can be used for 5G applications in the frequency band of band 30.
