Polymer monolayer field-effect transistors provide an excellent platform to investigate the charge transport mechanism, however, most studies only reported the mobility of ≤ 10?2cm?2 V?1 S?1. This study select the graphene as electrode materials, significantly improving the morphology of polymer monolayer at the edge of the electrodes. As a result, a maximum saturated mobility of 0.73 cm?2 V?1S?1is obtained. Additionally, the channel length is found to have minor effect on the charge transport ranging from 20 to 100 μm.
