E-learning occupies an increasingly important place in the global education system. Ensuring its accessibility and quality is one of the most important tasks of digital engineering; that is why domestic and international standards, fundamental works and practical methods are used to solve it. However, the design of online courses has trouble integrating efforts of developers, designers, marketers, administrators, teachers, who must work together in order to add value to the educational product for the ultimate consumer. Cumulative opinion of students obtained by the pools' results can serve as a feedback tool for the design and organization of online learning. Focus on the value that online courses can provide for users will help determine the direction of development and optimization of the most functional and useful from the point of view of the consumer system performance. The article presents the results of study aimed at investigating the factors that have a significant impact on students' satisfaction with online learning. Using a model of success D & M IS can predict the behavior of students, enrich the knowledge of information systems training and provide a framework for action for the improvement of university management system in the transition to distance learning.
