摘要

A microstrip antenna with an air gap was designed. The possibilities of reducing the size of a printed radiator by means of the bending of the antenna and gap heterogeneities are investigated. The frequency and angular dependences of the ellipticity coefficient of a single radiator are calculated. A comparison is made between the frequency characteristics of a traditional design and its analog in a miniature design. The proposed approach allowed to reduce the dimensions of the antenna by 2 times, while maintaining the field and impedance characteristics of the antenna.
