摘要

In this paper, a sleeve permanent magnetic coupling is presented, and the rotate torque has been theoretical calculated and simulation analyzed based on the action of radial magnetic field. The fluence of geometrical parameters such as the sickness of air-gap and the number of pole pairs is studied. Due to the 3-D effect (the radial dependence of the magnetic field), the result of simulation is lower than the calculation. According to the results of the analysis, a crush industrial rubber device has been made, and it fully satisfied with the user requirements.
