摘要

Social Commerce is one of trading Electronics commerce (E-commerce) regarding for new technology and Smartphone's which made the social network available to everyone, everywhere and anytime, there is a different platform for social network such as (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram), these social networks have a facility to commerce through them. This paper proposed quality service model for online social commerce from customer perspective by filling published survey, this model differs from others proposed model because its depends on users need to get confidence and trustiness, and what the dimension make them loyal to the social page. The proposed model has six dimensions, some of them are mentioned in the previous researched, and there is new dimension regarding new facilities added to the social networks sites, which made the social commerce easier and enjoyable without any afraid from scammers and fake pages.
