Efficient hot-band pumped Nd:YLF laser

摘要

We report on efficient continuous-wave Nd:YLF laser with hot-band diode pumping at 908 nm. The laser produced an output power of 850 mW at 1047 nm with excellent beam quality. Further power scaling is possible owing to the strongly reduced quantum defect and thermal lensing.
