CO-INTENSIFICATION OF BIO-OXIDIZING AS-BEARING GOLD ORES

摘要

The effect of different additives on the bio-oxidation of arsenic-bearing gold ores has been carried out to solve the problems such as long period of leaching, low oxidation rate. The oxidants strengthen the cathodic reaction and thus improve the leaching rate by the increase of electron transfer. Meanwhile, silver catalysis is also effective for the decomposition of arsenic-bearing gold ores due to the strengthening of anode reaction. Co-intensification by oxidants and Ag (Ⅰ) is more efficient to the bio-leaching and the conversion of As (Ⅲ) because the anode and cathodic reaction of biological oxidation of sulphide ores were both strengthened. The leaching rate reached to 63.94% after bio-leaching 13days by co-intensification of Ag (Ⅰ) and Fe(Ⅲ).
