To study the mechanical properties of the glass packaging. A goblet cushion package model was leaded into ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the material parameters and boundary conditions were determined, drop simulation, analysis of simulation results. According to the simulation results of the stress drop, analysis the stress change and packaging of the contents in the fall and rebound process, based on the maximum acceleration analysis showed that the buffer packaging structure design could make the maximum acceleration goblet below 80g, met product fragility, reached the effect of cushioning packaging.
