An Empirical Study 01 the Training Demands and Working Cognition of Heads of Police Stations in Shandong Province

摘要

As an important part of public security organs, heads of police officers play a key role in public security work. The education and training of heads of police stations must be strengthened to meet the demands of the increasingly complicated public security work during social transformation. Based on the survey and empirical analysis of the working cognition and training demands of heads of police stations, the authors of this paper find that they show strong desire to learn about knowledge of management and ideas of innovation and current police training can no longer meet the needs of the trainees. Considering the result of the survey and the reality of public security work, the authors offer corresponding measures and suggestions to improve the quality of training for heads of police stations.
