Research on Logistics Centers' Application of the Balanced Scorecard to Evaluate Performances

The development level of the logistics industry reflects the overall national strength and market competitiveness of enterprises. With the development of economic globalization, a variety of professional and fully-optimized large-scale logistics centers seamlessly-interfaced between various aspects have been emerging one after another. Its integrated management model has replaced the original logistics functions in most manufacturing enterprises. Then, how to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the logistics centers and establish performance evaluation indicator systems, and how to monitor and control the entire processes of logistics activities in order to achieve cost-effective operations constitute the study contents of this paper.
