Research on Symbiotic Relationship between Property Service Enterprises and Community Committees——Based on the Logistic Model

摘要

In public management and service of the community, the community property service enterprises and the community residents' committees are present jointly; this makes an interdependent symbiotic relationship between them. This paper uses logistic model to research the symbiotic relationship between property service enterprises and community committees, and point out that their performance in the symbiotic relationship is better than that when they work independently. They both obtain a certain unit of symbiotic energy from the symbiotic relationship, which not only promotes their own development, but also saves social resources and improves community management.
