The Research on Highway Asset Securitization in China

摘要

The highway is an important infrastructure for the development of economy and society. The highway can not be construced without the strong support of the capital. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the innovative financing mechanisms of asset securitization which is beneficial for highway to widen financing channels, reduce financing costs and promote the development of highway construction. In this paper, the necessity and feasibility of highway asset securitization in China are discussed. Combined with the characteristics of highway, the operation process and transaction structure of highway asset securitization are designed. On this basis, some policy suggestions are put forward, such as improving the relevant tax and accounting system, and so on.
