摘要

A multifunctional drug delivery system (Au-DOX- PEG), consisting of poly (ethylene glycol), doxorubicin, pH-sensitive hydrazone linker, and gold nanoparticle, was developed for simultaneous therapy and SERS spectroscopic detection of tumor. Doxorubicin, modified by pH-sensitive linker, was loaded onto gold surface to serve as an anticancer agent and a SERS reporter molecule. Doxorubicin release was time and pH dependent, and in vitro cell viability results support the therapeutic efficacy of the system. Additionally, SERS spectra were detected from non-aggregated Au-DOX- PEG at near-infrared wavelength.
