Fatigue Cracking and Inspection of High-mast Lighting Towers

摘要

This paper reports on a long-term, in-depth field experimental study on the behavior and dynamic response of high-mast lighting structures being conducted in response to recent fatigue failures. The initial results of the study and suggested strategies for design, inspection and maintenance of these fracture critical structures are summarized.
