Research on Enterprise Independent Innovation Ability Present Situation and Countermeasures in China

摘要

Based on the Analysis Report on the Independent Innovation Ability of Enterprises in China issued by National Statistical Commission, this paper constructed an analytical framework of enterprise independent innovation ability. After analyzing the status quo of the enterprise independent innovation ability in China from three important evaluation aspects: the science and technology (S&T) input, intellectual property right and innovative talents, this paper puts forward that, the improvement of the enterprise independent innovation ability in China requires to perfect the capital market mechanism and increase the financial support to the innovative enterprises; to emphasize on the conception of intellectual property of enterprises and strengthen the effective protection of it; to foster the innovative culture of enterprises and the innovative talents; to build and consummate the integrated technological support service system of enterprises; and to stimulate the enterprises-oriented Industry-University-Research Institution cooperation.
