摘要

With the rise of the knowledge workers' turnover, their commitment to the organization is receiving recognition in business cycle recently. We conducted a research of worker's Organizational Commitment (OC) in high technology enterprises in ShenYang city by means of some methods, such as interview, questionnaire etc. Then, this study examined the relationship of OC and its antecedents. These antecedents included demographic characteristics and organizational characteristics. We also discussed the reasons of the antecedents which have a notably effect on OC.
