Financial Appraisal Model Construction about Investment Value of Chinese Listed Companies

This article takes the listed company which has investment value as the research object. It carries on an empirical research to the sample in two stages, using two kinds of analysis methods of non-parameter examination of two mate sample and logical regression analysis.and constructing the financial evaluation model of listed companies' investment value. thus to protect the interests of investors and stakeholders.
