摘要

Compensation is one of the most important factors to influence teachers' job satisfaction. This study investigates 492 teachers of 17 universities which come from seven provinces, using the questionnaire of university teachers' compensation satisfaction which we designed. The results demonstrate: (1) The most dissatisfaction of teachers' towards compensation is variable part, second is indirect part (welfare); (2) Teachers' satisfaction on compensation level is lower, while the relation between professional title and satisfaction is positive-correlated; (3) The equity, motivation and attraction to talents on compensation system are appraised lower among teachers, and they complain the compensation system lacks advancement and creativity.
