In an increasingly competitive business environment, enterprises should destroy the original advantages forwardly and develop a series of temporary advantages to obtain a sustainable development The degree of innovation capability has a large impact on the enterprises' development capabilities. Resource-based theory thinks that the organization structure which act as a part of the core competence play a particularly important role in the enterprises' operation and management To some extent, organization structure will restrict the enterprise innovation capability. In this paper, by theoretical research, we put forward three assumptions about the relationship between organization structure and innovation capability in a dynamic environment Furthermore, by an empirical research on manufacturing enterprises in PRD, we found that a hypothetical received support while the other two assumptions did not Therefore, it is suggested that the degree of standardization of the organization structure, in a dynamic environment, has played a significant impact on the innovation capability.
