This report is devoted to the problems of cycle counting losses determining in single- and dual-freauency carrier-phase GPS/GNSS-observations, their repair (correction) and data editing in the mode of automated post-processing. At the stage of pre-processing and quality control (QC) of GPS/GNSS observations for precision positioning a key problem is the restoration of carrier-phase observations continuity, i.e. detection, estimation/identification and elimination (correction) of cyclic (or half-cycle) phase jumps - "slips". A new universal experimental verified approach and algorithms for detection, estimation and correction of carrier-phase cycle slips of single and dual-frequency GPS-observations performed both in static and in kinematics/stop & go modes at the pre-processing stage are proposed. The matter of the question is the processing of both undifferenced observations (data rate 1÷1/5 Hz) of separate stations (or rover receivers) and observations and their linear combinations (LC) of permanent reference station networks with the rarefied (data rate 1/30÷1/10 Hz) data. The proposed approach and algorithms of processing are realized in the software pre-processing and analysis toolkit "OCTAVA_PPA".
