HOW: 1. Funding included: (1) $3 million energy efficiency loan from WA State LOCAL Program; (2) $500,000 grant from WA State Department of Commerce; (3) $400,000 Rebate from PSE. 2. Collaboration between project team members: (1) Use of mockups to refine product selection; (2) Pilots to refine installation and sequence of operation; (3) Regular in-person team meetings and conference calls to monitor project progress; (4) GIS software to communicate project completion status to Construction Team.
