INTRODUCTION: An Innovative Strategy to energize local communities with Clean Energy Technology, has dramatically improved Energy Efficiency, Environmental Sustainability, and Economic Benefits of actively participating homeowners as well as small businesses. With the combined involvement of Utilities, Private Sector, Non Profits, Academics, and Governmental agencies with their collective resources, many Clean energy projects like Solar, Wind, Biomass, Small Hydro, and Energy Conversion, were identified, selected, and implemented to modernize the community's existing infrastructure, resulting in significant GHG reduction.
