Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Carrying Capacity for Liaoning Province Marine Region

Based on the research results of carrying capacity,the carrying capacity of Liaoning Province marine was assessed through introducing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed the carrying capacity of Liaoning Province marine had been moderate between 1999 and 2009 except the year 2000.However,the figures had always been between 0.34 and 0.40 which meant that the carrying capacity of Liaoning Province marine was moderate by weak.And the factors such as overfishing,large quantities of pollutants into the sea,ecological improvement and marine science and technology all contribute to the state of Liaoning Province marine.Based on this analysis,the suggestions of improving the carrying capacity of Liaoning Province marine were brought forward.
