Diagnostic SAT Survey Tool Used to Improve Knowledge in Training and Line Personnel

In 2013, Exelon launched a fleet-wide diagnostic survey to measure knowledge of the systematic approach to training among training, line, and quality assurance personnel. Use of the survey had been directed by Exelon's Corporate Training Council, in response to an assessment of INPO Event Report 12-62 Analysis of Training Probations and a common cause analysis that identified potential knowledge weaknesses in SAT across the fleet.
