A method for determination analysis of trace boron,phosphorus in Co-Based Filler Metals by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was studied.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) applied for the measurement of trace boron,phosphorus in Co-Based Filler Metals is restricted by serious mass spectral interference from polyatoms and high background from reagents and solvents.In the presented method,the microwave digestion was used to reduce blank and standard addition method was used to eliminated spectral interference.The experimental conditions was optimized and matrix effect was minimized through using beryllium as internal standard.The detection limit is 0.0005% for boron and 0.005% for phosphorus.The recovery rate is from 94.7~109.5% The analysis accuracy for this method was verified by standard reference material determination..The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
