Based on the analysis of the key factors for tire wear of pure electric vehicle which is different from the traditional fuel vehicle, in view of the influence factors of the tire wear of the battery electric vehicle, the paper carries out the experimental verification. According to the load and power system, the single variable control method is used to carry out the tire road wear test, and the test results are more accurate and objective by optimizing the test route and restricting the driving habits of drivers. At last, this paper gave a detailed data analysis of tire pattern shape, tire pattern depth and tire predicted life of worn tyre.
