Allergic Rhinitis is one of the most prevailing human diseases that can lead to certain restrictions in physical, psychological and social aspects of life, and which can trigger life quality degradation, sleep disturbances, and in severe cases may adversely impact the tuition process or even a vocational life of a patient. This is a chronic ailment linked with inflammatory mediated IgE-reaction to an allergenic agent, which is clinically manifested through nasal discharge, obstructed nasal breathing, ptarmus and itchiness inside of a nasal cavity[l, 2, 3]. In Kazakhstan at present more than 25% of adults and more than 16% of children have been suffering from Allergic Rhinitis (AR), their number equals to about 5 mln. persons.
